About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Services Coordinator to join our team in the Division of Support Enforcement & Recovery. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of child support services.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Process and manage various documents, including wage attachments, license revocation, passport denial, and motor vehicle liens
  2. Communicate with parents, answering questions and providing information about the child support program
  3. Manage and prioritize correspondence, contacts, and electronic mail
  4. Develop and maintain cases, managing contact with individuals applying for child support services
  5. Assist with general office duties, including document imaging and indexing
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office and administrative support work
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits
