Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including vital signs, lab tests, and TB skin tests.
  • Assist healthcare providers with examinations, treatments, and procedures, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
  • Obtain patient health history, administer medications, and document all interactions using the POMR format.
Qualifications
  • Current/Active state license as an LPN
  • Current CPR certification
  • Proficient with electronic medical records
  • Able to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance, including a background check and drug screen
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This estimate is based on industry standards for similar roles in Portland, ME.
