We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Writer to join our team at the New England Motorcycle Group. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience with their motorcycle service needs.

**Responsibilities:

  • Process service orders, including estimating costs, completing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their vehicles, addressing any concerns or questions they may have, and ensuring that they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance services, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and other products sold by the dealership, as well as relevant industry technologies and best practices.

**Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.

**Estimated Salary:** $52,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience.
