Role Summary:

The Customer Repair Services Coordinator is tasked with overseeing the management and organization of all repair tasks within the store. This role involves accepting customer repairs and collaborating with skilled watchmakers to assess each timepiece, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate service channels.

The Coordinator will monitor the repair process from initiation to completion, offering timely updates to customers, manufacturers, sales staff, and management. Additionally, they will be responsible for preparing and delivering invoice reconciliation reports as necessary.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the accurate intake of customer repairs for both watches and jewelry.
  • Ensure prompt delivery of customer repairs and the collection of payments.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers post-service to confirm satisfaction.
  • Manage daily processing of all incoming customer repairs.
  • Track both in-store and external Rolex services, providing status updates to clients.
  • Prepare service estimates and invoices for all repairs handled in-store.
  • Advise on any delays or backordered parts to associates and customers.
  • Maintain multiple communication channels effectively.
  • Compile monthly reports analyzing service data as required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety data standards and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Adeptness in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Attention to detail and comfort with data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
