T3 Recruiters, LLC is seeking a skilled Service Technician specializing in equipment repair. The successful candidate will possess significant expertise in diagnosing and fixing diesel engines, as well as compact construction and material handling machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair various compact construction machinery, including lift equipment, mini excavators, dozers, compact loaders, and forklifts.
- Conduct routine maintenance on client equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve both mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
- Complete all repair and maintenance tasks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain precise records of all work completed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay informed about industry standards and advancements in technology.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines.
- Willingness to travel locally with daily return home.
- Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
