About the Role:

The Executive Director of Housing Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housing facilities, ensuring that all aspects of care and service are delivered to the highest standards. This includes managing the provision of health-related services, developing and implementing strategic plans, and leading a team to achieve our quality agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community vision and strategic planning in alignment with our quality agenda.
  • Provide leadership to ensure that care and service is directed and delivered to meet our standards and policies.
  • Plan and monitor all financial operations, including budget planning, rate setting, and contract negotiation.
  • Identify markets and resources, and communicate service advantages to effectively conduct rental and service agreement processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or significant level of experience.
  • LALD Licensure or ability to obtain within a specified period of time.
  • Sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Nursing Home Administrator's license.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with a senior population in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in assisted living, home health, or other senior care/services.

Cerenity Senior Care offers a competitive salary range of $74,880-$88,192 per year, as well as a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
