About the Role

The Executive Director will be responsible for leading the GHBC team in setting goals, building on the collaborative environment, and driving operational excellence. You will work closely with residents, team members, family members, and vendors to ensure resident and team member satisfaction, compliance, and excellence in all aspects of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor internal and external environments to ensure the needs of residents and operational requirements are met.
  • Develop and manage operating and capital budgets for GHBC and corporate programs.
  • Contribute to the development of and implement the organization's mission, philosophy, values, strategic plan, and annual goals.
  • Seek out and maintain positive relationships with the external community.
Requirements
  • Established history of successfully overseeing a senior living community.
  • Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
  • Active LNHA license highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus, cultivate meaningful relationships, and decisively pursue strategies to enhance performance and community appeal.
  • Experience developing and managing financial plans and budgets driven by changes in government and private insurance reimbursement models.
