The Administrative Coordinator role at Good Man Inc. requires an individual with 1-2 years of administrative office experience to support the company's operations.

Job Description

As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Services:
    • Greet visitors and respond to high-volume phone calls in a professional manner
    • Enter phone messages, return calls, and assign tasks accordingly
    • Schedule septic appointments and confirm the previous day
    • Schedule and facilitate dispatch of portable restroom services, RV pumping, and other provided services
  • Office Administration:
    • Administer client archiving and scanning of customer information
    • Filing and labeling of customer invoices and reports
    • Maintenance of filing systems and equipment

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience or equivalent
  • Knowledge of office coordination responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook email/Calendar

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
