Job Opportunity at Altronix Corp.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Event Coordinator to join our team at Altronix Corp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate industry events, including regional and international tradeshows, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Follow up with event leads and distribute contacts to our outside sales representatives.
  • Manage an organized filing system of all events and update the event calendar with participating events.
  • Assist the marketing and sales teams, as well as regional sales representatives, with various needs.
  • Develop and evaluate event strategies based on company objectives, market characteristics, and cost factors.
  • Formulate and direct marketing and advertising activities to promote products with the graphics department and sales managers.
  • Provide customer service via email, phone, and in-person communication, answering questions about products, prices, availability, and marketing opportunities.
  • Maintain customer records and customer database information using systems or software.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks.
  • Experience in event coordination is a plus.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, including needs assessment, quality standards, and customer satisfaction evaluation.
  • Dependability and reliability in fulfilling obligations.
  • Proficiency in various computer applications, including Excel, Access, Word, Internet, PowerPoint, and Sage software.
Additional Information:

This is a full-time, in-office exempt position with a salary range of $58,000-$63,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a full benefits package and are an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer M/F/D/V.
