Event Experience Coordinator

About the Role:
The Venue Ambassador will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a safe and friendly environment, and working closely with the Operations team to provide a high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Work with the Operations team to ensure a seamless event experience
- Report any suspicious or criminal activity to security and management
- Exhibit professionalism when communicating with guests and colleagues
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Collect lost and found items during events
- Monitor activities at entrances, exits, and other areas as requested by the Operations team
- Be an advocate for new initiatives within the venue
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality operations with a proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, and high-quality service-oriented operation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Certificate of Fitness F-04: Temporary Indoor/Outdoor Place of Assembly Safety personnel
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work on feet and stationary for at least 12 hours during events
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 20 pounds
Compensation: $22 per hour, tips exempt
