Job Overview

Schneps Media is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to manage account bases and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Master our internal systems to process orders and provide reports and information to clients and Sales Executives.
  • Ensure all assets are collected for each campaign.
  • Coordinate training and scheduling for sales staff.
  • Maintain supplies of sales presentation materials.
  • Analyze customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts.
  • Enter order information into the company database and manage aging reports.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding their account or sales products.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities and requests.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including spreadsheets and presentation tools.
