Community Operations Coordinator

Position Overview:
As the Community Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our community, enhancing operational efficiencies and providing outstanding service to both clients and residents. Your duties will span various facets of managing an apartment community, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and effectively.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and process rental applications for approval.
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts receivable.
- Support leasing efforts and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Oversee move-in and move-out processes, along with vendor documentation.
- Assist in property account reconciliation and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily housing or a related sector.
- Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete background and credit checks.
