About the Role:
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a key member of our team at Dungarvin, working closely with individuals who exhibit a wide range of maladaptive behaviors under the guidance of our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As a RBT, you will be responsible for providing direct supports to our participants, including supervision, implementation of behavior support plans and guidelines, data collection, community integration, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work cooperatively with the Vocational Program Director, Behavior Support Specialist, BCBA, and other staff in the development, implementation, and evaluation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans.
- Provide direct supports to participants, including supervision, implementation of behavior support plans and guidelines, data collection, community integration, and training.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for participants.
- Be flexible and willing to work where the need for behavioral support is greatest as determined by the Vocational Program Director.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
