We're seeking a talented Success Strategist to join our team at Harri US, where you'll play a critical role in driving growth and revenue through our QSR clients. With a strong focus on relationship-building and a passion for delivering exceptional results, you'll be responsible for developing and retaining positive relationships with our key clients, identifying product adoption opportunities, and showcasing them through Executive Business Reviews.

As a seasoned professional with 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS Software company, particularly in HCM and/or payroll, you'll bring valuable expertise to our team. Your experience working with Quick Service Restaurant concepts and familiarity with G-Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, and other CRM tools will enable you to effectively manage our client relationships and drive growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
