About the Role

We are looking for a talented Success Strategist to help lead our customer success initiatives at TABS inc. As a critical thinker with an ability to identify trends in customer interactions, you will operationalize insights to improve the customer journey and implement effective strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

In this role, you will be directly involved in the build out of the customer success function and will work closely with the product team to relay customer feedback and help drive product improvements and innovations based on recurring themes and customer insights.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deploying customer success strategies to ensure an outstanding customer experience with TABS
  • Actively engaging with clients to anticipate their needs and provide solutions that enhance their experience
  • Implementing and refining customer success processes and frameworks to scale our services effectively

A base salary of $140,000 per year is reflective of your expertise and the value you bring to our team.
