Customer Success Strategist

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of driving customer success through strategic planning and execution. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
This is a full-time position based in New York, with a salary range of $140,000-$160,000 per year. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
