Join our dynamic IT team at Leprino Foods as an Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in advancing our technological capabilities.

At Leprino Foods, the starting salary for this position typically falls between $115,000 and $140,000, with an annual target bonus of 10%.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the enterprise infrastructure team to establish and maintain comprehensive standards, processes, and methodologies across the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of a long-term strategic roadmap that influences the design, security, installation, and integration of various solutions.
  • Create, maintain, and disseminate corporate-level infrastructure standards and guidelines.
  • Document all facets of IT infrastructure and identify opportunities for applications to leverage shared resources.
  • Refine technical requirements in alignment with business needs, demand, and growth trends.
  • Conduct research, technical assessments, and proof of concepts on emerging technologies and applications.
  • Oversee small to medium-sized infrastructure projects utilizing formal project management methodologies, serving as a liaison between project teams and diverse infrastructure service groups.
  • Develop professional infrastructure architecture blueprint documents to illustrate the current environment and future requirements.
  • Create technical architecture diagrams and descriptions based on project requirements.
  • Recommend technical products across various domains such as Mobility, Server, Storage, Network, and Security.
  • Employ appropriate estimating techniques to assess the level of effort and financial investment needed for technical implementations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of substantial proven experience in infrastructure architecture.
  • Experience managing third-party contractors/consultants and working in a project management role.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days at home.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Server, Storage, Network, Security, and/or Cloud technologies.
  • Experience with cloud migration strategies and design.
  • Proven experience in designing and maintaining complex IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems.
  • Knowledge of VMWare, LUNs, storage, and networking.
