About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to lead our technology strategy and drive digital transformation across the organization. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of our technology roadmap, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and technology vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in leading software development teams and solutioning across multiple platforms and paradigms.
  • 5+ years of experience in running large/complex projects with multiple dependencies.
  • Strong technical expertise in leading and building interactions with legacy platforms, distributed and cloud technology teams, and multiple disciplines/stacks.
  • Experience in the public sector and Human Services is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Professional and hands-on experience in leading and building interactions with legacy platforms such as the mainframe.
  • Strong technology affinity and experience, as well as attention to detail and the ability to design, execute against strategic goals.
  • Broad and deep knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC), Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD), Process Engineering (Technical), Portfolio/Program/Project Management processes and improvements, IT/software technology and trends, domain knowledge and experience in infrastructure support, application development, and cloud-based application development, web services, middleware, operating systems, databases, networking, and security.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with legacy technology stack is a plus (e.g. PowerBuilder).
  • Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Software (.NET/Java), Cloud (IaaS/SaaS/PaaS), Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerPages, Power BI), Software Development (SDLC/Agile using Azure DevOps), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF).
  • .NET Core, C#/Java/Javascript (TS/NG/React/Vue/Node)/Python/Apex, Markup Languages (HTML/XML/SAML/YAML/RAML), API Development, Data Architecture Awareness, Relational DB (SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL), Infrastructure Architecture (Network Administration), Security Architecture (Cyber, Information, Application, Network/Server).
