RTC Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team at Diverse Lynx LLC.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agile project management, technical expertise in real-time communication technologies, and hands-on experience with various agile tools and communication platforms.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage complex technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget.
- Implement and oversee agile methodologies, facilitating Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Leverage agile project management tools such as Monday.com, Trello, and Pivotal Tracker to track project progress, manage tasks, and collaborate with team members.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
- Oversee projects involving CPaaS, SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, Twilio, Azure Communication Services, and other telephony technologies.
- Ensure optimal use and implementation of audio and video codecs such as OPUS and manage RTC (Real-Time Communications) protocols.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical program management or a related role.
- Proficiency in various tools such as Monday.com, Trello, and Pivotal Tracker for project management.
- Strong understanding of CPaaS, SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, Twilio, Azure Communication Services, and telephony technologies.
- Experience with audio and video codecs, especially OPUS, and RTC (Real-Time Communications) protocols.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical proficiency with audio and video codecs like OPUS.
- Experience with CPaaS platforms such as Twilio and Azure Communication Services.
- Experience with telephony technologies including SIP and VoIP.
