Job Title: Customer Support Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Technical Specialist to join our team at FUJIFILM Corporation. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional technical support and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and service to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in product launches and provide technical support to customers during this critical phase.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the printer industry.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of failure modes and rates for various laser printer components.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
