Job Title: Customer Support Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Technical Specialist to join our team at FUJIFILM Corporation. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional technical support and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support customer inquiries.
  • Participate in product launches and training sessions to ensure a smooth transition of new products and services.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the printer industry.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of failure modes and rates for various laser printer components.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of firmware application and upgrades to products.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
