Job Title: Customer Support Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Technical Specialist to join our team at FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customer technical service requirements are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage service-related portions of product launches for laser printers and multi-function devices.
  • Work closely with customers to maintain spare parts lists for laser printer and multi-function devices.
  • Meet or exceed program launch deadlines by careful management of service deliverables.
  • Analyze and implement solutions to issues regarding the performance, quality, cost, and delivery of products.
  • Monitor field failures on all products installed in the field and perform failure analysis on failed printers returned from service operations.
  • Communicate status and solution to OEM customers and lead/support quality improvement activities that drive customer metrics.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Customer Service Engineer (or similar role) supporting low to mid-volume printer product lines.
  • Exceptional customer management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of failure modes and rates for various laser printer components.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, make own decisions, design, and implement own solutions to unique problems.
