Key Responsibilities
  • Educate clients about the repair process, including insurance claims and procedures.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
  • Coordinate with rental car and towing services to provide seamless service to all clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery of vehicles upon completion of repairs.
  • Manage customer communication throughout the repair journey.
  • Oversee DRP assignments, estimate/repair appointments, and track assignment capture rates.
  • Follow up on all DRP assignments to sustain sales for the center.
  • Secure appropriate payments.
  • Ensure customer comfort items are consistently available and maintain the waiting area.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as necessary to meet business needs.
  • Assist in writing estimates and supplements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, along with effective time management skills, are required.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

In performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to use hands and communicate verbally. The employee frequently stands, sits, and walks for extended periods. Occasionally, the employee may need to reach with hands and arms and lift objects up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
