Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support at various client locations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize filing systems (both physical and digital) to ensure easy access to important documents
Handle internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and in-person interactions
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents with high attention to detail
Proficiently use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various administrative tasks
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and team members
Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute them in a timely manner
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements when necessary
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Assist with special projects and perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
Excellent customer service orientation
Professional demeanor and appearance
Demonstrated reliable work ethic and excellent attendance record
Exceptional phone etiquette
Ability to follow through on tasks and work efficiently
Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
