At Developmental Services Center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional support to families with developmentally at-risk children. As an Infant Family Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our mission to empower families and promote positive, meaningful parent-child interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess family strengths and needs to develop individualized service plans.
  • Partner with families to promote positive, meaningful parent-child interaction through home visits and parent groups.
  • Conduct home visits and record child and parent progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Early Childhood, or a closely related field; Master's preferred.
  • Experience working with families, preferably with teen parent and other at-risk populations.
  • Knowledge of infant/toddler development and strong promotion, prevention, and intervention foundation.
  • Ability to work with computer database systems.
  • Transportation and adequate auto insurance required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) desired.
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination required.
