The Personnel Escort Officer is tasked with the essential duty of guiding individuals without badges in restricted areas of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and, when necessary, don the appropriate personal protective gear (such as reflective vests, hard hats, safety goggles, etc.).
  • Accompany all un-badged individuals and contractors in zones that are not accessible to the public.
  • Provide additional physical security services as needed.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Must possess the capability to walk, sit, utilize hands and fingers, reach with arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, push, pull, lift, grasp, feel, communicate, listen, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to remain standing or walking for prolonged durations.
  • Exposure to various working conditions, which may include extreme temperatures for extended periods.

Experience Requirements:

  • Must hold a current Top Secret personnel security clearance and maintain it throughout the contract duration.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in security escorting, access control, military, or law enforcement is required; four (4) years is preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
