Job Title: Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team at Lore Group. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our hotel.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, including processing payments and handling any issues that may arise.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, providing personalized service and solutions to ensure their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest satisfaction, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to guest safety and security.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
