About Our Job

We are seeking a skilled Security Agent to join our team at LINE DC. As a Security Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our hotel guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  2. Establish and maintain effective communication and teamwork with colleagues and other departments.
  3. Offer guests an enjoyable experience that meets our high standards of excellence, professionalism, and friendliness.
  4. Patrol hotel property to ensure the safety of guests and employees and protect all hotel assets.
  5. Respond to emergencies, including fires, medical issues, severe weather, and evacuations.
  6. Investigate crimes and incidents, documenting all contacts and ensuring timely follow-up.
  7. Assist ill and injured guests and employees, ensuring proper documentation and disposition of reports.
  8. Monitor security monitors for suspicious activity and report directly to the supervisor on duty.
  9. Maintain accurate records and perform basic office duties, including camera monitoring and shift activity logs.
  10. Take ownership of service issues brought to your attention by guests.
  11. Maintain a high level of awareness of safety issues throughout the hotel.
  12. Participate in scheduled departmental and administrative meetings as requested.
  13. Adhere to all standards of operations, policies, and procedures.
