Job Summary

Village Green Landscapes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional landscape services to our clients. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance and productivity.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the delivery of all landscape services, including lawn maintenance, landscaping, irrigation, turf care, fertilization, and snow removal.
    • Manage branch resources, including equipment, tools, and supplies.
  • Customer Service and Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Collaborate with the Sales and Account Management team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage branch budgets and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
    • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve branch profitability.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure that all services are delivered to the highest standard, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 2+ years of experience in the landscape industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
    • Commercial snow removal experience preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education
    • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Language
    • Bilingual: English-Spanish.
  • Experience
    • Multiple division experience in landscape, lawn maintenance, commercial snow and de-icing, commercial irrigation systems, turf and weed management.
