KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve individual and branch targets related to sales and collections while meeting customer satisfaction standards.
  • Build and sustain relationships with customers throughout the loan process and its duration.
  • Offer tailored financial solutions that align with customer objectives.
  • Introduce customers to optional insurance products available for their loans.
  • Clarify loan terms and conditions to customers to promote transparency and understanding.
  • Acquire skills in credit underwriting techniques and sales methodologies.
  • Oversee the entire loan lifecycle, including loan closures, collection efforts, and adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support the training and development of Branch Team Members and provide leadership in the absence of the Branch Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting established business objectives.
  • Background in leadership within the financial services sector.
  • Capability to secure Insurance Licensing within six months of employment if mandated by state regulations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
