Job Summary:

Restaurant Depot is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the branch, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Branch Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse, including receiving, stocking, and shipping merchandise.
  2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  3. Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  4. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely ordering, receiving, and stocking of merchandise.
  5. Financial Management: Review and analyze financial reports, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).
  2. Experience: Minimum 4 years of management experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  3. Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  4. Knowledge: Background in inventory control, merchandising, and financial management.
  5. Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break, with occasional lifting and bending.

Work Environment:

  1. Warehouse environment with moderate temperatures, occasional cold and hot areas.
  2. Industrial vehicles and equipment in use.
