KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve individual and branch targets related to sales and collections while meeting customer expectations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers throughout the loan process and its duration.
  • Offer tailored financial solutions that align with customer objectives.
  • Inform customers about optional insurance products available to them.
  • Clarify loan terms and conditions to ensure customers have a comprehensive understanding.
  • Acquire skills in credit underwriting techniques and sales methodologies.
  • Oversee the loan lifecycle, including closing procedures, collection efforts, and adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in mentoring and training Branch Team Members, providing temporary leadership in the absence of the Branch Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting business objectives.
  • Experience in leadership roles within the financial services sector.
  • Capability to secure Insurance Licensing within six months of employment if mandated by state regulations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
