Role Summary: We are in search of a motivated and skilled Practice Operations Supervisor to enhance our operational efficiency. This role is vital for ensuring a seamless experience for both our staff and patients. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, organized, and possess strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily functions of the practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks.
  • Oversee patient appointment management, including confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with dental personnel to guarantee effective patient care and compliance with practice protocols.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is current.
