We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to join our team at Extreme Reach. This is an exciting opportunity to expand our customer base, elevate client utilization of our platform, and drive growth in existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with XR Brand Direct sellers, XR Agency Sellers, Customer Success, and Subject Matter Experts to oversee all aspects of our partnerships.
  • Work closely with clients, particularly digital and media agencies, to understand their needs and requirements, building trust and integrity to grow and expand relationships.
  • Meet revenue targets while effectively managing pipeline and forecasting.
  • Employ creative pricing strategies, including recurring subscription-based revenue models, to drive business growth.
  • Support the sales process as part of a larger XR sales organization.
  • Leverage existing customer relationships to grow revenue.
  • Serve as a customer advocate internally and externally, ensuring alignment of resources to meet customer needs.
  • Evangelize XR's enterprise-scale platform, focusing on our digital video product.
  • Build relationships with business leaders, functional leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, data, TV, and digital video, with a strong understanding of the media landscape.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and reporting within Salesforce.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in ad tech, fostering relationships with brands and agencies, preferably large holding groups.
  • Strong agency relationships and enterprise software experience are a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience in strategic sales or business development.
  • Ability to develop strategies for assigned accounts to leverage technology and grow lifetime value.
  • Expertise in communicating large-scale changes and managing change across the organization.

The salary range for this position is $87,000 - 136,000 per year, plus commission. Benefits include flexible work arrangements, generous PTO, and a collaborative culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
