We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join Luminary Group LLC, a leading company in the healthcare industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, focusing on Real World Evidence (RWE) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business development plan to promote the adoption of our Real World Evidence solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a business development strategy to promote our Real World Evidence solutions.
  • Identifying and targeting potential clients within the pharmaceutical industry, payers, and other healthcare organizations.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings to meet those needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Participating in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand our brand presence and generate leads.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of [number] years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Real World Evidence (RWE) and its applications in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and/or medical devices.

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
