About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Aide to join our team at the Park Slope Women's Shelter. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients.

The Residential Aide will be responsible for updating clients on program changes, conducting bed checks, and monitoring client behavior. You will also assist with daily operations, including laundry, food service, and cleaning.

This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) offering a competitive salary of $43,200 annually ($16.00 hourly), plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and paid time off.
