About the Role

In this role, you will provide critical support to our shelter services, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience. Responsibilities include managing mail, answering phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $16.32 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to client intake and record-keeping
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Assist with special projects and events, such as training sessions and client meetings
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a non-profit setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Bilingualism (English/Spanish) a plus
