Job Overview: As a Residential Safety Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for our clients and staff. This position requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • · Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of all residents and staff. · Conduct regular checks on building features and potential problems. · Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, and external partners. · Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries promptly. · Participate in training sessions and stay up-to-date on industry developments. · Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must possess a valid NYS Security Guard License, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Fire Guard Certification / F02. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
