Senior Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at CAMBA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our facilities and services.

Job Summary:

The Shift Supervisor will report to the Assistant Program Director and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our women's shelter in Brooklyn. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth running of all facility-related staff and services on a daily basis
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve client goals and performance outcomes
  • Collaborate with program directors and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
  • Recruit, train, and supervise facility staff as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual skills preferred
  • Must obtain and maintain certifications in First Aid/CPR, overdose prevention, and F-80 Fire Safety Coordinator
  • Bi-lingual preferred

Compensation:

$26.10 hourly, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth
