The Park Slope Women's Shelter at CAMBA is seeking an experienced Social Work Supervisor to join our team. As a leader in the field of social work, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shelter, supervising direct reporting staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. With a focus on leadership, collaboration, and innovation, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to improve client outcomes and achieve program goals. **Key Responsibilities** include:
  • Supervising direct reporting staff and providing guidance and support
  • Developing and implementing training sessions for staff
  • Serving as a liaison with community organizations
  • Motivating and coaching staff to excel
  • Ensuring compliance with program policies and procedures

In addition to your leadership and supervisory experience, you should have a solid understanding of social work principles and practices, as well as knowledge of mental health assessments and treatment.
