About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transitional Housing Supervisor to join our team at Women In Need, Inc. This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to supervise our transitional housing program and make a positive impact on the lives of families in need.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $62,849.80 per year, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of Case Managers in providing high-quality case management services to clients, including individual and group counseling, and support services as needed.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in the field.
  • Collaborate with the shelter's multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and collaboration among staff members.
  • Monitor performance against predetermined standards set by our organization and funders, and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in family and/or single adult residential counseling services.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with Evidence-Based Practices (EBP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively with at-risk populations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for success in this role.
