Exciting Opportunity: CDK Global is seeking a Senior Technology Program Leader to orchestrate technological initiatives, foster collaboration, and enhance customer satisfaction with CDK offerings.

This pivotal role is designed to connect technical teams with business objectives. As the Senior Technology Program Leader, you will serve as the conductor, ensuring that various technological projects are in harmony and contribute to the overarching success of our products. The Senior Technology Program Leader is essential for facilitating effective technical execution, ultimately driving product success.

Your responsibilities will include leading initiatives across multiple product lines or platform portfolios. The Senior Technology Program Leader will guide roadmap strategies, engage both internal and external stakeholders, and explore external solutions that align with our goals while ensuring strategic alignment with other departments such as engineering, sales, implementation, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop project roadmaps that ensure ongoing support and customer satisfaction; act as the subject matter expert and provide assistance in complex projects.
  • Identify team needs and create in-house training programs for product/platform tools and processes; ensure training is executed accurately and aligns with leadership directives.
  • Deliver and maintain supporting documentation in a centralized and efficient manner.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency within the team, focusing on reducing time and enhancing the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance product/platform efficiency, performance, security, profitability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Facilitate product/platform launch meetings, acting as the product/platform expert.
  • Anticipate challenges, manage escalations, provide trade-off analyses, and balance customer and business needs against technical limitations.
  • Maintain regular communication and context; support the acceptance of change within the organization.
  • Identify business opportunities for efficiency and modernization, defining strategies and budgets to achieve objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional departments and external vendors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology program or platform support.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Proven track record of developing relationships with business leaders and subject matter experts to support project goals.
  • Ability to achieve results through influence as well as direct ownership of resources.
  • Skilled in collaboration and navigating difficult decisions among business partners.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks that align with strategic objectives and business goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and directing virtual teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for concise presentations.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of MySQL, JSON, XML, Regex, Excel, OpenSearch, Salesforce, Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
Compensation: Base salary ranges from $139,000 to $175,000.
