Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Lead initiatives across multiple product or platform portfolios, coordinating roadmap direction and engaging stakeholders both internal and external to CDK.
  • Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for technical teams, providing guidance and support on complex projects and situations.
  • Training and Development: Identify team needs and develop in-house training plans to meet those needs, ensuring team members are equipped to execute on direction.
  • Documentation and Communication: Deliver supporting documentation and store it in an efficient and centralized manner, providing regular context and communication to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify areas of opportunity and ways to enhance efficiency across the team, defining and driving opportunities for product/platform efficiency, performance enhancement, security, profitability, and cost reductions.
  • Launch Management: Facilitate product/platform launch meetings in alignment with roadmap management, serving as a product/platform expert representing CDK.
  • Escalation Management: Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, supply tradeoffs analysis, and balance customer and/or business needs versus technical constraints.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience supporting technology programs or platforms.
  • Skills: Fluent and highly articulate communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with functional business leaders, subject matter experts, and peers.
  • Attributes: Analytically driven, fluent with data-driven analysis and performance metrics, including data visualizations for leadership presentations, ability to prioritize tasks or projects across the organization, problem-solving skills, and experience in managing and directing outcome in a vendor-partnered relationship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of MySQL, JSON, XML, Regex, Excel, OpenSearch, Salesforce, Tableau, and hands-on experience with Jira.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the automotive industry.
Compensation and Benefits

CDK Global offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $139,000 - $175,000, annual performance bonus, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans. We also offer medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid time off, 401K matching program, and tuition reimbursement.
