Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Technician to join our MSP team at Next Step Innovation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer issues via phone, email, or in-person
  • Deploy new customer desktops and laptops, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Troubleshoot general user issues, including client software installations, password resets, and Windows operating system problems
  • Manage change requests and maintain integrity in accessing customer infrastructure
  • Collaborate with the MSP Division to support other initiatives as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical skills and certifications
Requirements
  • 1+ years of hands-on user IT support experience
  • A+ certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
