Help Desk Support Specialist

Lorven Technologies is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to provide top-notch support to our customer base. As a key member of our IT team, you will be the initial point of contact for end users requesting IT Support. Your role will involve providing all levels of support, both remotely and onsite, with a focus on desktop/laptop repair and troubleshooting, software installation, hardware implementation, and active directory administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional support to our customer base, both remotely and onsite
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktops, laptops, and software
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Manage active directory and maintain Help Desk records
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless support
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• A+ Certification
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Experience working in a help desk environment
• Experience providing support for O365 Applications
• Experience providing remote assistance using various platforms
• Experience in desktop/laptop repair, troubleshooting, and software installation
• Hardware implementation and deployment
• Active Directory Management
Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft O365 experience
• Experience using Help Desk Software
• MAC OS Experience
• Training Experience
