Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our pediatric patients. As a LPN/LVN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Other LPN/LVN duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the LPN/LVN practices
Current Health Certificate (per facility)
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
Current BLS card
One year prior LPN/LVN experience preferred
