Position: Clinical Professor in Organizational Behavior
Department: Management, Strategy and Entrepreneurship

The Department of Management, Strategy and Entrepreneurship (MSE) at the Cox School of Business is in search of a non-tenure track Clinical Professor specializing in organizational behavior and/or human resources. The selected candidate will be expected to demonstrate thought leadership, possess a dynamic personality, and exhibit an innovative approach to high-quality instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in providing exceptional mentorship and preparation for students, ensuring they excel in applied experiential projects.
- Leverage diversity, workplace leadership, and managerial problem-solving skills in teaching methodologies.
- Contribute significantly to both undergraduate and graduate curriculum development and extracurricular program components.
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in management or a related discipline by the commencement of employment, with the capability to instruct courses in organizational behavior and leadership.
Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to teach MBA and undergraduate courses in organizational behavior and leadership, along with expertise in areas such as change management, management consulting, design thinking, people analytics, strategic human resources management, diversity, ethics, and healthcare management.
