Key Responsibilities
  • Metrics & Financials: Track and analyze key performance indicators, clinic budgets, and team performance across multiple centers and neighborhoods.
  • Community Engagement: Establish strong connections with families, providing education and guidance throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Team Leadership: Attract, engage, and retain a team of 80+ professionals who deliver clinical excellence.
  • Clinical Outcomes: Partner with the Clinic Admissions Associate, Clinical Director, and Department Leaders to drive operations quality.
Requirements
  • At least 6-8 years of people management experience leading a large team of professionals across multiple sites and/or district management.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or considerable people management experience required.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong professional communication skills.
  • An impact player who will give an amazing experience to all teammates and families.
