We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Action Behavior Centers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the overall operations across multiple centers and neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals across multiple sites and/or district management
  • Cultivate a work environment that is intensely supportive of your team and demonstrates an unrelenting commitment to the families we serve
  • Exhibit key oversight and ownership of financial, safety, and compliance of your location(s)
  • Partner with your Clinic Admissions Associate, Clinical Director, and Department Leaders on Operations Quality
  • Conduct Performance Evaluation, Corrective Actions, and Development Plans
  • Plan Monthly and Quarterly Team Events and Celebrations
Requirements
  • At least 6-8 years of people management experience leading a large team of professionals across multiple sites and/or district management
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or considerable people management experience required
  • High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) - we work with children with developmental delays and their families
  • Strong and professional communication among Department Leaders
  • An Impact Player who will give an amazing experience to all teammates and families
What We Offer
  • Competitive Pay: Base salary between $75,000-$95,000/year
  • Compensation range is based on professional experience and market allocations

Physical Requirements
