Temporary Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

Klein Insurance Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated individual who embodies our core principles of being open-minded, diligent, optimistic, and a collaborative team member while maintaining the utmost integrity. This role is situated in our office and is designated as a temporary customer service representative position. We are searching for someone who excels in a dynamic professional setting and possesses robust technical skills in computer applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure precise data entry and documentation within the company's management system.
  • Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
  • Assist in completing client intake forms for agents to facilitate quotes.
  • Work under the guidance of your team lead, which includes but is not limited to:
    • Maintain a digital filing system for clients in line with Klein Insurance protocols.
    • Accept and execute tasks assigned by the team lead.
  • Open, categorize, and distribute incoming mail, respond to correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Engage with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to provide information and answer queries.
  • Manage schedules and coordinate appointments effectively.
  • Travel as necessary for company training sessions.
  • Oversee and carry out tasks efficiently across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Proficient technical skills and familiarity with business software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM systems).
  • Typing proficiency of at least 50 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, and proofreading.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, colleagues, and external contacts.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain focus amidst interruptions.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information.
Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
